Wish I could find some more information on this place. All I know is that it is from the 60s and that it does not appear to be a house.

Thanks to an anonymous user, I have been told that this is the Berlin Philharmonic. Designed by Hans Scharoun and completed in 1963. You can find more on the Wiki page.
